Summer Loving

Summer lovin' had me a blast - summer lovin', happened so fast
I met a girl crazy for me - I met a boy, cute as can be
Summer days driftin' away, to uh-oh those summer nights

Tell me more, tell me more, did you get very far?
Tell me more, tell me more, like, does he have a car?

She swam by me, she got a cramp - he went by me, got my suit damp
I saved her life, she nearly drowned - he showed off, splashing around
Summer sun, something's begun, but uh-oh those summer nights

Tell me more, tell me more, was it love at first sight?
Tell me more, tell me more, did she put up a fight?

Took her bowlin' in the Arcade - we went strollin', drank lemonade
We made out under the dock - we stayed out until ten o'clock
Summer fling don't mean a thing, but uh-oh those summer nights

Tell me more, tell me more, that you don't got her preg
Tell me more, tell me more, cause he sounds like a drag

He got friendly, holdin' my hand - well she got friendly, down in the
sand
He was sweet, just turned eighteen - well she was good, you know what I
mean
Summer heat, boy and girl meet, but uh-oh those summer nights

Tell me more, tell me more, how much dough did he spend?
Tell me more, tell me more, could she get me a friend?

It turned colder, that's where it ends - so I told her we'd still be
friends
Then we made our true love vow - wonder what she's doin' now
Summer dreams ripped at the seams, but oh, those summer nights

Tell me more, tell me more.

Summer ended with a blast! Well, not really a good blast - cause mom was injured and she was hospitalized for three days. And yes, now my mama is stuck at home rotting. Oh trust me, she's so restless - she's a hyper active kid and a workaholic. Now I know where I get my genes from. But finally, today, she's out of the house. Brought mom and dad out for breakfast (err, dad was the one who drove us out actually; I was just the noisy one who bugged them out :P)

Then at night, went out with Pooi Ting aka Angel. Goodness, at first we thought of cancelling the plan as we know there'll be jam around Ipoh as it's Merdeka Eve Countdown (we don't wanna get stuck in the car like the other time during Christmas.. ) At the end, we met up still.. It was fun seeing her. I guess it's just girls - it seems like everytime Pooi Ting and I meet up, we just have a lot of nonsense to crap about. (Where are the rest of the people?!?!?!?!?!)

Got home and mom and dad were telling me about their high school drama - how this girl end up with that guy, how that guy was after that girl.. *haha* Not much different from ours in fact but theirs is more RETRO.. :P

But we all realized one thing - how time flies. It flies indeed. One year passed and soon it's Christmas again. I can't wait for Christmas - as usual, I love the atmosphere, the warm and loving feeling. :D

Can't wait for Christmas!!
